Before fulfillment

We will make a reasonable effort to help before packing begins. A request is not confirmed until our team replies in writing. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible.

After shipment

If an order has shipped, the applicable return process may be available after delivery. Carrier rerouting is not guaranteed.
