Shipping & Delivery Policy

Destinations and rates

Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout according to the delivery address and cart value. Orders below USD $45 are charged USD $5.99 for Fast shipping. Orders of USD $45 or more qualify for Free shipping where an eligible delivery service is available.

Processing and transit

Order processing and carrier transit are separate stages. Any estimate displayed at checkout or in a dispatch notice is an estimate rather than a guarantee because customs, carrier capacity, weather and local conditions can affect timing.

Address accuracy

Review the delivery address before payment and contact us immediately if a correction is required. An address change may not be possible after shipment.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, it is provided after dispatch. Import duties may apply depending on destination and checkout terms. Contact us if tracking shows a prolonged exception or a delivery cannot be located.
