Payment & Security Policy

Secure checkout

Payments are processed through the secure options displayed at Shopify Checkout. Available methods depend on location, currency and the payment services enabled when an order is placed.

Authorization

A payment provider may authorize, decline or request additional verification. Zelmavra does not store full payment-card numbers on its own servers. Taxes, duties and currency conversion are handled according to checkout and local requirements.

Order review

Transactions may be reviewed to protect customers and the store from unauthorized activity. We may request reasonable verification or cancel and refund an order when authorization cannot be confirmed.
