Return requests

Before sending an item back, contact service@nuvelixa.com with your order number and reason for return. Items should be unused, in original condition and returned with original packaging and included parts.

Non-returnable circumstances

Items showing use, damage after delivery, missing components or an unauthorized return shipment may not be accepted. Mandatory consumer rights in your location continue to apply.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect delivery promptly. If an item arrives damaged or does not match the order, provide photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label so the matter can be reviewed.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies. Shipping costs are handled according to the reason for return and applicable law.
